Order Processing

‍Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product page or at checkout. Orders placed during weekends or UK bank holidays may be processed on the next business day.

Delivery

Available delivery options, costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided following dispatch. Delivery estimates are estimates only unless a specific delivery service has been expressly guaranteed.

Orders are packaged appropriately to help protect products during transit.

Incorrect Delivery

Information Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. If an order cannot be delivered because incorrect information was provided, additional delivery costs may apply where permitted by law.

Delays

Delivery times may occasionally be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including courier delays, severe weather, strikes, customs processes or other unforeseen events.

International Orders

International delivery may be available for selected destinations. Customers placing international orders are responsible for checking whether the products ordered may legally be imported into their destination country. AESTHERA may refuse or cancel an international order where fulfilment would create a legal or regulatory concern. Any applicable customs duties, taxes or import charges are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated at checkout.
